At Bengs Cleaning, we take every precaution to care for your home and belongings as if they were our own. In the rare event that accidental damage occurs during a cleaning:

1. Immediate Notice – We will inform you right away if an item is broken or damaged.
2. Small Items – For minor damages (generally under $200), we may choose to reimburse or replace the item directly.
3. Insurance Coverage – For larger or more significant damages, we carry commercial liability insurance through Zensurance. We will file a claim on your behalf and work with you to ensure a fair resolution.
4. Exclusions – We cannot be held responsible for damages to items that were already unstable, improperly installed, or in fragile condition prior to service.
