- Wipe interior & exterior of fridge & oven
- Wipe interior & exterior of cupboards

- Sanitise mold & mildew
- Vacuum mattresses and under furniture (if moved by resident)
- Rotate and flip mattresses
- Wipe windows, sills and tracks, patio doors etc.
- Wipe washer & dryer exteriors, clean lint trap
- Dist/wipe all visible surfaces, light switches, door handles, baseboards & cobwebs
